Successful Training, Effective Capacity Building
Infonex values opportunities to prepare and lead training and local capacity-building in our areas of expertise. For the MERIT Activity, Infonex conducted numerous trainings of MoEST assessors, Primary Education Advisors (PEAs), MERIT field staff and temporary data collectors from 2016 to 2020 to collect information from teachers, head teachers and learners for national education assessments as well as conduct telephone survey interviews, and recordkeeping of PEA coaching to primary school teachers. In 2018, Infonex led 6 workshops to orient and train district-level EMIS officers to produce GIS maps for their district.
